Interaction with people is an important component of governance which is inseparably linked to compliance. Knowledge of the roles, obligations and accountability in compliance shall be the key to efficient compliance implementation. EBA Management Development Centre together with International Compliance Association (ICA) invite you to take part in the International Online-Lecture «Business Compliance in practice: It’s all about people». In this session, we will introduce and discuss a number of tools and techniques that compliance professionals have found to be invaluable to in ensuring effective compliance in their organisations. From how to better influence senior management, to getting all staff to take individual responsibility, there will be something for everyone to take away.
