They will seek job opportunities that enable them to bring their whole self to work and to contribute to their own passion and purpose. Speakers: Sandra Dawson, Founder Searchlight Executive, has over 40 years of recruiting experience having worked as an independent and a corporate professional within financial services industry having lived in Australia, Ireland, Switzerland, and UK. Her earlier career was spent in management consulting, media and organizational development sectors in Dublin and London. She is an accredited Hogan Psychometric and Myers Briggs professional. Most recently she completed a 3-year contract to support a European private bank headquartered in Luxembourg with a growth agenda. With support from ExCo, she internalized the recruitment function and built a team of six professional recruiters to drive the hiring strategy, and over time saved c. €6m per annum in professional fees by using the direct model.
