Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to invite you to the Manufacturing Committee Meeting on Lean and REFA: different concepts or two sides of the same coin?. Naturally, in times of crisis, including those associated with lockdowns, companies are primarily trying to increase their internal operational efficiency. There are many well-known methodologies and tools to solve this problem - Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Agile and more. The well-known German organization REFA in Europe and the world, whose training programs are currently held in Ukraine, also offers its concept of organization and management of production systems and processes. What this concept is based on, how it relates to the approaches of Lean Production - these are issues that we will consider at the meeting of the Manufacturing Committee. Speaker: Lyudmila Batenko - PhD, Professor, Master of Business Education (the University of Economics and Law Aix-Marseille, France), Certified Quality Manager of the German and European Quality Associations, Certified Trainer of the German organization REFA. Professor of the International Institute of Business, Professor of Management, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. Ludmila has 35 years of experience in business education and consulting on operational management and project management. The Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, 2nd of September, 2021, at 17:00. Traditionally, in such meetings, you will have the opportunity to raise questions directly relevant to your field.
