Dear Colleagues, Following the online conference Veterans: Practical Aspects of Integration, the HR Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office of EBA invites you to attend the event Veterans in the Professional Environment, which will be held on October 17. In the context of the ongoing war, now in its third year, special attention will be given to the practical aspects of working with veterans in the workplace, resolving potential conflicts, and building effective collaboration. During the event, participants will: Become familiar with successful examples of veteran adaptation; Learn about veterans unique skills and the benefits they bring to businesses; Receive recommendations on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment obtain infromation regarding the economic losses resulting from the lack of inclusion of people with disabilities in the professional environment. Target audience: CEO; HRDs and HRs; Anyone interested in learning about the needs of veterans in a professional setting and potential ways to collaborate. Following the online conference “Veterans: Practical Aspects of Integration,” the HR Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office of EBA invites you to attend the event “Veterans in the Professional Environment,” which will be held on October 17.
