Dear colleagues, We would like to invite you to EBA GetinTouch meeting for HRDs, planned for Wednesday, 3 June, from 16:00 until 17:30, Webex. In our time together we will look through the lens of the current pandemic and crisis and its impact on change management and the role of Human Resource Management going forward in terms of change.  We will review the principles of change management with a focus on resistance to change and how to motivate people during times of extreme / revolutionary change.  The focus throughout will be on how to leverage change, minimize resistance to change (becoming resilient) in order to impact top line growth during a time of digitalization.
