Pymonenko 13. The business game is designed to enhance understanding of oneself and others, which supports better interpersonal communication and team interaction. Understand Yourself – Understand Others allows participants to engage in self-reflection, examine personal values, and learn about the values of others. EBA Management Development Centre together with Roman Goianiuk invite you to participate in the Business Game: Understand Yourself – Understand Others. Using the DISC methodology, the session aims to improve comprehension of different behavioural types to form more effective teams that can collaborate efficiently and achieve team goals. One segment of the game will focus on personal effectiveness by considering feedback from friends, family, and colleagues. Post-game implementation strategies involve enhancing team interaction and trust, improving leadership effectiveness, and increasing self-awareness. Participants are encouraged to apply their insights immediately. Moderator: Roman Goianiuk, who has 13 years of experience in employee training and development at a leading company.
