As you know, there are no similar people. Everyone has own character, habits, and views on life. And it is definitely good that we are all individual and unique. However, sometimes it is not easy when people in one team are  completely different in temperament, as sometimes  discrepancies can arise between them. In this case, it is very important to be able to rally the team so that everyone works in a coordinated manner, like a team. In order for the team to become a really strong one, it is necessary for the head of the department to do a great job of rallying staff.

How to rally a team  in a short time at the level of relations and, if possible, improve the psychological climate? Business Game “Bridges and Islands” is a game in which participants learn to understand and hear each other, transmit and receive accurate information, and even more. This comprehensive board game is aimed at building harmony in relationships in different teams.

EBA Management Development Centre team together with Nordic Training International invite you to participate in the Business Game: “Bridges and Islands”. Improving Team Climate.

As a result, the internal communication of the group improves, as participants open up to each other from a pleasant and unexpected side.

 Second part

In this part, the participants sit down in one circle, after preliminary individual preparation, give feedback to each other in a certain form. Each participant has the opportunity to briefly hear from the participants about themselves, what is positive they see from the outside and what was a discovery for them. This part allows the group to internally unite in a single team.

This is an associative part of the game, in which each participant checks his understanding of his colleagues and at the same time sees how he/she is perceived from the other side.
