The Business game is organized to prepare participants for potential reputation challenges and to find solutions within teams. During the game, participants will face a realistic scenario that could happen in any company and work on developing tools to avoid or mitigate the negative impact of the crisis on the companys reputation and operations. Format: The format is an offline game played in groups of 4-5 participants. Duration: 2-2.5 hours Mechanics: participants receive a crisis scenario that consists of three escalation stages. The stages are revealed one by one. Stages: Briefing at the beginning: objectives and rules of the game. Scenario analysis in groups. Presentation of solutions by each team. Evaluation by the trainers of the strengths and weaknesses of the teams solutions. Players will have the opportunity not only to develop strategies to counter crises in the future but also to analyze potential threats and opportunities that arise in problematic situations.
