The author is Volodymyr Onuchak, Head of Sales and Customer Support Services of online service of sharing e-documents Vchasno The future has come and you can be the winner in the the business world only when you can react on changes faster than others and if you are not afraid to be a pioneer. All others are struggling for their positions in a harsh competition, where primacy can not be obtained without the introduction of technologies. Ukraine did not get to the top 50 in the worlds ratings of the most digital countries of the world. We are lagging behind all the possible parameters, except for the level of education. Therefore, it is not surprising that we have highly skilled specialists who are hired to work in international companies and are engaged in the development of products abroad. After all, these products are in demand, business uses them, moreover - it feels the need for them. Our competitive edge in the technology world depends on how quickly we can implement these same technologies, as well as the willingness of business and people to use them locally. If we talk about the service for business, which has the most advantages - electronic document exchange, then the following questions arise - why do companies so inactive support the initiative to transition to e-documents exchange? what impedes implementation? why does he face such an resistance? First and foremost, we are frightened by ignorance. Business does not know how safe it is to use electronic documents, is not convinced that the tax service supports such innovations that problems in the future will not arise during inspections that the data will remain in free access for as long as necessary. With ignorance you need to fight and reduce fears. After all, there are bases for the use of innovations for business by the state authorities, but their availability is limited for the average user. In addition, it should be remembered that the benefits of using electronic services for business are more significant  than any hazards. In particular, it is the convenience and acceleration of business processes. In the case of electronic document management, the company has the opportunity to get rid of boring inefficient processes of creating and sending legally significant primary documents in paper form, thereby reducing the time spent on this process up to 6 times. And this does not mean to reduce the working resource. This will allow you to increase its efficiency by taking out the time for more important and intellectual work. If you have decided to get rid of paper, a significant advantage will be in the reducing cost of document management, which excludes printing, servicing of special office equipment (printers), courier services, and the maintenance of special paper archives. In this case, this cost item will only include the cost of the services that the company will use. When documents turnover in hundreds of thousands of documents per year, savings for the company will complete millions of hryvnias. And this is due to only one service, which deprives the company of paper. Also the use of services off e-documents exchange has less tangible advantages, but which have more durable action. These advantages are the company image as an innovator and environmental advocate. Of course, the long term habit exceeds the rationality, but the mandatory transition of the company to electronic documents will make it possible to reduce the use of paper as a whole in 3.5 times, and therefore, only one company can save dozens of trees within a year. Awareness of the fact that a single employee makes socially meaningful actions through his daily work increases the overall ecological and social consciousness of the entire population. The image of the innovator gives the company a competitive advantage, distinguishing it among others as a brave, progressive player who is likely to offer what others are not capable of. So how to overcome the technological gap? There are many tasks here for the state which should create both the legislative base and a clear scheme of application of technologies for business. The second step belongs to the business itself - not to be afraid to be the first, to introduce innovations, which will lead the business to a new level. And this is not only about electronic exchange of documents, but also about the transition to electronic procurement, as well as work e-glider, etc. - that is, all possible technological products that will simplify the lives of employees and the whole company. An employee will want to take such initiative out of the company to identify as possible more processes of his everyday life, thus creating demand for innovative products and enable Ukraine to enter the top 50 technology countries of the world.

The future has come and you can be the winner in the the business world only when you can react on changes faster than others and if you are not afraid to be a pioneer. Ukraine did not get to the top 50 in the world’s ratings of the most digital countries of the world. We are lagging behind all the possible parameters, except for the level of education.
