Digital Workforce. Why does the Business Future Depend on the Implementation of Robotizing Processes?

However, such specialists do not exist, and most companies are accustomed to the fact that one cannot expect 100% results from a human. That is why management strives to develop human resources, motivation system and seeks solutions for efficiency and stability improvement. One of the most optimal solutions is the robotisation of typical, repetitive business processes, known as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The main criteria for its implementation are routine and rule-based tasks. RPA-systems are a kind of software that mimics the work of a person who works on a computer. RPA-bots work with all systems that the user can work with. Therefore, there is no need to interfere in the IT infrastructure of the company to implement robotics. It is enough to provide robot with the same access rights, just like for any other employee. Moreover, one RPA bot can have access rights that are not acceptable to provide to one person according to segregation of duties (SoD) approach because the RPA-bots actions are well-programmed and do not carry SoD risks. Engaging this digital workforce can increase workload without overloading employees who can use their time to solve more complex and creative tasks that require human qualities. In particular, such a solution deprives the business of the allowable percentage of errors due to the human factor, since correctly programmed RPA-bot performs work with absolute accuracy. The scale of RPA implementation can be different. It depends on the specifics of the processes and the desire to automate them. RPA can be implemented for both small parts of the same process (automation of individual tasks), and for complex processes using machine learning. Processes, the implementation of which can be to transfered to robots, may not only be operational, relating to direct business activities, but also administrative, hygiene processes, that exist in the company and are a necessity. Therefore, involvement of digital workforce will not only save routine work, but also release a resource that can be directed towards improvement, development, and new ideas. For companies with a small team, robotics will not only save valuable staff time, but also ensure the stability of processes in case of absence of any of the team members. A rapidly growing business, with PRA, can save a lot on attracting new employees, which entails not only an increase in salary fund, but also numerous related costs. Therefore, it is obvious that employees are used to become tired and professional burnout of performing routine work, and companies in turn sacrifice quality and speed of work. So why not to involve the digital workforce?
