There are millions of such moments in our lives, that means, we make decisions every day, hundreds of times (depending on caseloads), which direct us to one way or another, so we move through the maze in search of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) or just a happiness. But if you apply a cause-and-effect model, it will be more observant, that the life we ​​have and the results we achieve are the impact of the decisions taken. And these decisions are the cause. There’s the way things are, and we perceive our results in fact, but if only it were easy to pierce the veils of time and feel the effects of a momentous decision taken… But it is possible! You need almost nothing to do this - just an advanced awareness and a practical experience. In order to succeed in decisions making, you need to look not only at the first line of consequences, but at the second, the third and beyond, if your decision is difficult. For example, once we did not know it would hurt if we touch the hob, but seeing the consequences of someone touching it, we realized, when the mother turnes on the hob we don’t have to touch it, otherwise it will be a boo-boo. In this way, we have expanded our awareness. Day by day we have been refreshing our life experience and this allows us to predict the consequences of the decisions taken. The same sort of things is in business. To make the right decision, we must live with several consequences, that will come after decisions making, and choose the decision, after which the consequences will be more comfortable / qualitative. That’s precisely what we are going to do during the business game the sound decision, and several colleagues in your team will help you wake up and smell the coffee, and look at everything from different sides.
