20/ 10/ 2017
Author: George Lupascu-Pruna, Hofstede Accredited Intercultural Practitioner, worked for 6 years in Automation Project Management and Software development for Procter & Gamble and Siemens, worked for 5 years as Manufacturing Operations Manager for Procter & Gamble and Lindstrom in Romania and Ukraine Is there a Perfect Organization? Is there a Perfect Organizational Culture? You will find out the answers to these questions during the workshop that will take you through Understanding what Organizational Culture is, whether it is important or not, and in which ways it affects the results of your people, as well as how to shift it in the needed direction. Aligning the practices in your Organization with its Strategy and Purpose, as well as understanding whether your Strategy is implementable - these are two of the things that help Organizations go beyond the survival mode into the mode in which the challenges are clear, the targets reachable and the people work more naturally in a congruent way with the Goals of the Organization. This Workshop is not intended for middle management or below as it deals with Strategic aspects, group thinking and Organizational Transformation that are hard to grasp under a certain managerial level. The participants will go through a survey and will be asked to evaluate their own work environment. A Light Report will be generated after this scan, and together with the consultant the participants will troubleshoot some of the possible common problems in their organizations in Ukraine by using Hofstede’s Multi-Focus Model for Organizational Transformation.
