If you do not know the enneatypes of your team members and do not understand what kind of thinking each of them has, you risk losing a lot of time in solving the tasks. For example, if you contact the question “What are your ideas for solving this problem?” to the first critically minded enneatype during the brainstorming session, then, most likely, you will not hear anything new, except for criticism of already occurring events or the current situation. And if the same question is asked for a variety thinking second enneatype, then in response you will hear a lot of interesting ideas. If you apply knowledge of types in recruiting, you will recruit exactly those employees who are suitable for the post by the type of thinking.
