From now on conducting your meetings in a familiar business meetings  environment is available for all EBA members. Presenting this new service we believe we can fully meet your interests in conference hall rent: it can be used for private meetings as well as for big conferences and trainings holding up to 50 persons.

To make your stay in EBA office more comfortable we kindly offer using  following  services:

• serving tea/coffee breaks
• technical equipment
• office services

You can make your reservation here (check availability). It’s easy!

• Rent  of a conference room (per 1 hour) Euro 50 For EBA members, Euro 70 for non EBA members.
• Serving tea/coffee breaks – Euro 5 per person. This includes  tea, coffee, juices, mineral water and  pastry/sweets.
• Technical equipment – rent of a multimedia projector (per 1 hour) Euro 20, rent of a screen (per 1 hour ) - Euro 10
• Office-services – copying & printing - Euro 1 (for 10 copies)

Nota Bene: Taxes are not included in price. While leasing conference room priority is given to EBA committee meetings that are scheduled in advance and can be checked in the EBA office.
