The EBA works in response to demand from the business community in the EBA Committees and working groups, through general meetings, seminars and conferences. They provide a forum for the EBA members to make their contribution to improvement of the general business climate in Ukraine, to exchange their experiences and information These activities, as well as special social events, also serve members for developing their business network by establishing immediate business contacts.
As the EBA members highly value power of networking the Association also holds social and networking events on regular basis to allow the EBA community get together to communicate in informal atmosphere. The EBA also organises annual sporting events to give a chance for EBA members' families and friends to enjoy the benefit of networking within the EBA.
The EBA social and networking activities have proven to be excellent channel for communicating and establishing business contacts to such a great extent that the EBA events have already become popular far outside the EBA community.

EBA Ad-Hoc Tax Committee
took place at the EBA Kyiv-based office. The Committee members met to discuss major inconsistencies of the tax system in Ukraine. Among other issues the attendees focused their attention on VAT refund problems, tax legislation level, tax administration problems, lack of transparency in tax payment distribution at the State Budget and etc.
