The main aim of the European Business Association is to act as an effective channel for the needs and concerns of its members to those, who are able to effect changes. At the primary level our lobbying work is carried out through our Committees and Working Groups. These act as means of sharing experience and evaluating a common approach to resolution of different problematic issues.
Our independent expertise is highly valued by both Ukrainian and European official bodies, who regularly consult with us to understand the needs of the European business in Ukraine with regards to the development of new legislation and trade negotiations. The European Business Association has always been aiming its major efforts at developing generally favourable climate for doing business and investing in Ukraine. Hence, the EBA has been invited to take part in various meetings of the governmental and public institutions and by today the EBA has become an expert opinion leader often asked for professional advice by state authorities.
