EBA Lobbying Club is an interactive tool to increase members involvement into the EBA lobbying activities. The section is created to help members keep ongoing contact with the EBA office and get response through a specially designed inquiry form. Every lobbying concern to be raised by an EBA member-company is to be completed through the inquiry form.
The Inquiry Form is designed in a way to assist any EBA member to be better aware of what lobbying means and what instruments are at the EBA disposal. The EBA team in its turn will benefit from such a tool as it will help to easily categorize all lobbying inquires received, intensify lobbying efforts where needed and suggest well-grounded common solutions to stay a real advocate of its members’ collective interests.
EBA Franchising WG Round Table
was held at the EBA office in Kyiv. The Round table gathered together the key specialists in franchising from business sector and state authorities. The participants discussed the Draft Law on State Registration of Commercial Concession (franchising) Agreements to be elaborated by the State Department of Intellectual Property (hereinafter - SDIP) in collaboration with the EBA Franchising Working Group members.
EBA Health Care Committee Registration Subcommittee
On 14 August 2008 Health Care Registration Subcommittee met at the EBA Kyiv-based office to analyse and discuss the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 391 dated 30 October 2002 On Medical Drug Production Quality Systems Certification Procedure.
EBA Fuel & Energy Committee ad-hoc WG
took place at the EBA office in Kyiv. The key subject of discussion was the EBA Position paper to be elaborated by the EBA Fuel and Energy Committee members in view of the upcoming EU – Ukraine Summit to be held on 9 September 2008 in France.
