The application for the EBA Discount System includes following steps:

• The company should fill in the Online Discount Application Form in English and Ukrainian;
  
• The company should send to the EBA office the filled form and company LOGO or a brand/trade mark for placing it in the EBA discount brochure in Vector format only: (files *.eps, *.psd or *.cdr), CMYK colours only on the e-mail: discount@eba.com.ua;
  
• To print the filled form;
• To send the form with a stamp and a signature to the EBA office by fax: +380 44 496 0602.
