was held at the EBA office in Kyiv. The core topic of the meeting was discussion on the Draft Joint Stock Company Law updated for the second reading in the Parliament. The EBA Legal Committee members decided to collect their proposals on the stated Draft.

Another point of the discussion was negative impact of the NBU Resolutions No 280 on Procedure of Making Foreign Investments into Ukraine and No 281 on Procedure and Conditions for Trading in Foreign Currency. Also the participants discussed the outcome of activity of the focused Working Groups under the CMU Investors Council.
