07/07 16:00 EBA Health Care Committee Medical Devices Subcommittee On 7 July 2009 the Medical Devices Subcommittee of the EBA Health Care Committee was held in the EBA office in Kyiv.
Among the discussion points participants of the meeting up-dated all the latest Subcommittee initiatives and discussed the further steps in regard to priorities realisation.
The meeting was generally dedicated to the recently published Draft Law of Ukraine on Medical Devices. Representatives of the Subcommittee member-companies paid attention to the Draft Text of the Law and commented on the provisions, required to be amended.
Also the meeting was aimed at finalizing the position of the Medical Devices Subcommittee on the Draft Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the Approval of the Procedure of Maintaining the State Register of Medical Devices and Medical Technique.
Besides participants were reminded the up-coming workshop on technical regulation issues, which is planned to be held next Tuesday within the frameworks of the EU project TAÑIS.
At the end of the meeting participants were informed that there is no scheduled meeting in August and agreed that the next Subcommittee meeting is planned to be held on 1 September 2009. |
