was held at the EBA Kyiv based office. This time the guest speaker of the meeting was Mrs Natalia Blazhivska, Judge of the Kyiv City Administrative Court. Mrs Blazhivska talked with Committee members about the acts of individual effect, appealing against legislative acts and other issues which are in scope of competence of respective court. During intense and interesting discussion Committee members also were informed on procedures of filing in appeals to City Administrative Court, peculiarities of appealing against acts of individual effect etc.
