MP Volodymyr Stretovych, Deputy Head of the Profile Parliamentary Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement attended the Committee meeting as the guest speaker to share his extensive experience in anti-corruption sphere. As Member of Parliament of the 3rd and 4th convocations, Mr Stretovych chaired the Parliamentary Committee on Judicial Policy and Legal Reform and the Parliamentary Committee on Fighting Organised Crime and Corruption.
The Legal Committee members enthusiastically discussed with the guest speaker corruption problems that most seriously affect foreign investors in Ukraine.
Another point of the agenda focused on dealing with derivatives regulations. The Committee members discussed derivatives as a new tool for the Ukrainian financial market and considered legal derivatives regulations.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
