03/11 17:00 The ad-hoc EBA Real Estate and Marketing Committees Round Table "Real Estate Market – the Current Situation and Forecast of Further Development"  convened on Monday, 3 November 2008, 17:00 – 18:30, at the EBA Kyiv-based office. The CEOs of companies specialising in real estate were invited to attend the EBA Committee meeting as guest-speakers wishing to share their deep insight and experience of the real estate market with other Round Table participants.
Maryna Rymarenko, DEOL Partners, the EBA Marketing Committee Chair, moderated the Round Table. Each Committee speaker had 7 minutes to make a short presentation highlighting a certain segment of real estate market. The market segment was previously selected by EBA representatives in the draw.
Nick Cotton, Regional Director of DTZ, presented RETAIL segment.
Sergiy Sergiyenko, Managing Partner at CB Richard Ellis LLC, shared with the participants his experience in OFFICES segment.
Terry Pickard, Chairman at NAI Pickard, made a presentation entitled “Back to Fundamentals”.
Robert Grant, General Director at Cushman&Wakefield, updated the attendees on issues of LAND PLOTS.
Yaroslava Chapko, General Director at Knight Frank LLC Ukraine, covered LOGISTICS segment aspects.
Sticking to equality principles, Ms. Rymarenko and Ms. Balytska, Real Estate Committee Chair, defined the order of presentations in the raffle, too. The participants found the Round Table topics quite interesting and well-timed. |
