29/10 17:00 EBA HR and Public Relations Committees Round Table
took place onWednesday, 29 October, at 17:00 at the EBA Kyiv-based office. The Committee members met to discuss internal communication issues. Lyudmila Belokon’, Knowledge Performance Development, as a guest speaker of the Round Table, provided a presentation. She emphasised the importance of maintaining effective internal communication and assured the Round Table participants that every company should pay particular attention to this sphere.
Another speaker of the meeting was Konstyantyn Gridin of CFC Consulting who chairs the EBA PR Committee. In his report Mr. Gridin shared his views and professional insight on the PR role and methods of be implemented for providing and developing internal communication in companies. Receiving comments on the presentation, he involved the meeting participants in the open and frank discussion.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
