met at the EBA Kyiv-based office. This meeting was the first in a series of meetings focusing on the topic ‘Building Employer's Brand through CSR Efforts’. The first company to share their experience in this regard was McDonalds Ukraine represented by Mikhail Shuranov. Mikhail emphasised the important role of Corporate Social Responsibility in view of global financial crisis and informed the attendees of social protection policy secured by his company.
The Committee members also heard an update from Marina Saprykina, Director of the Centre for CSR Development, who spoke on the topic ‘Work-Family Balance in HR Corporate Policy as one of CSR Key Aspects’. In addition, Mrs Saprykina updated the attendees on the forthcoming contest ‘Best Enterprise for Family’. All the Committee members showed their definite desire and interest in participating in the contest.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
