met at the EBA Kyiv-based office to consider and discuss the conclusion the Supreme Court of Ukraine reached on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine regarding State Registration of Commercial Concession Agreements No. 2334 as of 7 April 2008. This conclusion serves to deny the necessity of introducing changes proposed by the Draft No. 2334. The meeting participants agreed to invite the Supreme Court’s representatives to discuss the above mentioned conclusion as well as the Draft Procedure on Registration of Commercial Concession Agreements, which is currently being elaborated by the EBA Franchising Working Group members.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
