was held in the EBA Kyiv-based office. The Committee members were engaged in discussion of the legal groundwork for banking operations. The talks focused on the EBA proposals for the Regulation on foreign investment procedure in Ukraine (approved by the respective National Bank of Ukraine Decree No.280 as of 10 August 2005) and the reply received from the National Bank of Ukraine to the abovementioned proposals. Moreover the attendees discussed anti-corrupt practices and considered several examples of legislative gaps providing for corruption possibilities.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
