was held at the EBA office in Kyiv. This meeting focused on discussing the Draft Law on Procedure of State Registration of Commercial Concession (franchising) Agreements, which is currently elaborated by the EBA Franchising Working Group members in collaboration with the State Department of Intellectual Property (hereinafter - SDIP). The participants deeply analysed the Draft Procedure of Registration of Commercial Concession Agreements and managed to reach a consensus regarding terminology, statements, proofreading, etc. Therefore, while finalising the respective Draft Procedure it was agreed to encourage both EBA and SDIP to elaborate other proposals.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
