was held in Axioma Company. Mr Igor Balaka, Head of the Committee, briefed attendees on the analytical report Kharkiv Real Estate Market in 2008.
Mrs Julia Zhytnik, VIP account manager in Avantazh Development and Investment Holding Company, highlighted the current trends of Kharkiv residential construction market. She stressed that main factors, which would determine the future market development were: (1) unsatisfied clients’ needs in residential construction; (2) small construction companies’ withdrawal from the market; (3) the market would become “the customers’ market”, in which customers would choose from a wide range of propositions.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
