29/10 17:02 Human Resource Committee - EBA Western Ukrainian Branch was held at the EBA office in Lviv. Participants discussed performance management as a powerful motivational instrument to move business forward.
Guest speaker Halyna Dzyadyk, Director of Lviv Consulting Group, stressed that performance management is a long process, which helps to direct employees’ efforts on achieving companies’ targets.
Performance management consists of a company`s mission, the mission transforms into the strategy. Then the strategy is divided into strategies of departments, and after that the managers of departments delegate individual targets to employees according to that strategy.
The participants discussed the main aspects of performance management and agreed that the cooperation between a manager and employees is one of the main instruments to achieve company’s targets.
