Guest speaker Mrs Maryna Veletska, Director of Leader Consult informed participants about recent changes in the labour market in Ukraine. There is a tendency of staff reduction in the banking and insurance sectors.
Participants shared HR problems of their enterprises, reviewed problems of HR management, and exchanged experience in their solving.
Mrs Veletska introduced her own methodology how to achieve goals for an HR manager, gave examples effective realization of HR strategies.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
