Mrs Olga Shapovalenko, Head of Consulting Section of Staff Service, held a master class on this topic. The participants discussed importance of salaries` review for development of compensation policy of a company. Another discussion point was advantages and drawbacks of different ways of collecting such data: by means of company’s own resources, purchase of a report. EBA members shared their experience of working with reviews of salaries.
