27/09 10:00 HR Committee meeting - EBA Western Ukrainian Branch
took place at the Exhibition centre LEMBERG within the framework of the conference Corporate Vacation in Terms of Corporate Culture Forming and Team Building. Two guest speakers attended the meeting - Yuriy Udoda, coach of UCG Company, and Olga Khostorna, coach of Synergos.
The participants discussed team building methods and considered various types of corporate holiday that can include a training programme.
The attendees agreed that buidling a strong team by providing active holidays involving professional trainings is one of the ways to curb personnale fluctuation. Also this can be treated as a helpful tool for establishing cooperation between employees on different levels.
