took place at the EBA Kyiv-based office and featured the following guest speakers: Natalia Bilanik, Head of Study and Development Department, MTS Ukraine, and Maryna Saprykina, representative of Centre for CSR Development. The first part of the meeting saw the guest speakers make their presentation on All-Ukrainian Competition “Best Family-Friendly Enterprise” initiated by Centre for CSR Development and SlovakAid.
Moreover, the HR Cmmittee participants discussed establishment and further development of the Corporate University considering successful experiences of MTS Ukraine. Afterwards, during the Q&A session all the attendees had an opportunity to talk over various issues like advantages of the Corporate University, main implementation principles, structure, education and training systems, strategic goals, etc.
EBA HR Committee
at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
