was held at the EBA office in Kyiv. Among the other issue there was touched upon the Draft Law of Ukraine on Amendments to Legislation of Ukraine on Facilitation of Permitting Procedures within Construction. The latest version of it together with the explanatory note was delivered by the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction. It was decided to examine it and prepare te comments to be directed to the respective Parliamentary Committee as soon as it is approved by the Ministry of Justice and the Governmental Committee.
Moreover, the participants had a lively discussion of the Procedure of Holding Land Auctions in 2008 approved by the CMU Resolution No 394, dated 17.04.08, and stopped by the President of Ukraine. The EBA REC members agreed upon drafting the position paper concerning the respective procedure and delivering its concerns as soon as the further destiny of the above document is clear.
