was held at the EBA office in kyiv. The meeting was devoted to discussion of advantages and difficulties of grading systems implementing based on Mercer and Hay Group methodology.
The guest speakers of the meeting were Svetlana Kucherova (Kyivstar), Oksana Oleynik (Baltic Beverages Holding), Dmitry Alyoshin (Nestle) who presented their companies’ experience on how to apply grades to different positions, calculate bonuses. Both systems were shown as really efficient and similar in certain approaches.

at the EBA office in Kyiv, 1-st floor, 1A Andriyivsky Uzviz. The meeting was devoted to summarising results of the EBA HR Committee activity in 2008. During this meeting the participants discussed the Committee priorities and action plan for 2009.
