November 2008. DTZ, acting exclusively for the landlord, Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund, is pleased to announce other deals on the lease of retail space in the new retail and leisure shopping centre, Riviera Shopping City.

Currently approximately 60% of the retail and leisure centre is leased. The centre is actively under construction and is expected to be delivered in phases in the first and third quarters 2009.

Apart from the hypermarket REAL, the DYI hypermarket OBI, the supermarket of electronics Media Galaxy and the 9-cinema multiplex Cinema planet including the 3-D IMAX cinema, such brands as Reserved, Mango, Adidas, Reebok, Brocard, Cropp Town, House, Monton and other trade marks will have a presence in the centre.
