INTEGRITES acted as a legal adviser to AIS Corporation

International Law Firm INTEGRITES acted as a legal adviser to AIS Corporation, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian automobile market in the issues of the corporate and financial activity structuring.

In order to enhance the image and to confirm the high level of trust to AIS Corporation on the international market, our specialists have elaborated the analysis of legal and financial aspects of the Corporation’s activity.

The assessment, carried out by the INTEGRITES specialists is based on the integral analysis methodology of different internal and external factors, including current financial standing of the enterprise, legal facts, peculiarities of Ukrainian and international automobile markets, level of competition within the sphere, etc.
  
Within the framework of the complex analysis were evaluated all registration and charter documents of the corporation, peculiarities of contractual relationships with Ukrainian and foreign contractors within the context of Ukrainian and international legislation requirements, legitimacy of the property rights origin, all kinds of their encumbrances.

Being the integral part of the project, the procedure of the legal risks assessment was conducted by the specialists, which is especially actual taking into consideration the complex structure of the corporation (50 legal entities), also under conditions of constantly changing national legislation and international trade regulations after the WTO accession.

One of the key parts of the structuring procedure is the assessment of the financial results of the Corporation’s activity for the last 5 years, quality and structure of assets, balance of the financial resources from the point of view of the financial sovereignty and liquidity of the Corporation. The project contained the analysis of financial risks, including currency, credit, risk of non-payment, also the hedging methods.

The results of complex analysis permitted making the conclusion about high managerial level, economic effectiveness and legitimacy of the business of AIS Corporation.

INTEGRITES assessment provides the opportunity to conclude more profitable export-import agreements, and is necessary for risks and non-payment minimization and forecasting during the cooperation among international and Ukrainian companies in the international trade sphere.


AIS Corporation is one of the largest automobile corporations of Ukraine, which operates on the national market since 1992. The Corporation controls about 10% of the automobile market of Ukraine and is the leader according to the market share in the majority of market segments. On a competitive basis AIS has obtained a right to officially represent the major Russian automakers in Ukraine. Also the Corporation has the status of the official dealer of such brands as AUDI (Germany), FORD (the USA), CITROEN (France), SsangYong (Korea), GEELY (China).
