SoftServe Inc., a leading multinational software development and consulting company, announced today that Renata Chuchmai has been named Vice President, Human Resources. Coming on board with over 10 years of experience in leading human resources function, Renata is a seasoned professional earlier involved in development and implementation of cutting-edge HR practices for international industry leaders. Renata Chuchmai will report directly to Taras Kysmey, SoftServes President and CEO.
Backed by a network of human resources professionals, Renata Chuchmai will be responsible for implementation of SoftServes global human resources strategy. Her priorities will be to ensure strong HR operational support for business particularly around identified strategic areas: talent management, leadership, recruitment, retention and compensation, as well as to support the smooth integration of new team members.
Renata Chuchmai holds a degree in Foreign Languages. She began her career in 1994 with DHL International and joined Coca-Cola Amatil in 1997 as Administrative Manager. In 2000 Renata was appointed as Training Manager at Nestle, before moving to Leoni Wiring Systems as HR Manager in 2002.
Among her professional achievements is formation of company structure from zero to 3500 employees and development of marketing strategies for Ukraine, Slovakia, Tunis, Egypt and China. During her 6-year career at Leoni Ukraine, she successfully implemented SAP and Navision systems for HR and Payroll, steered management development, employees satisfaction and benefits programs.
Prior to starting at SoftServe, Renata held a position of HR Director at Saint Gobain Zorya, an international glassware producer, where she managed major re-structuring and optimization of staff as well as compensation packages, and successfully conducted performance management activities.
