October 2008. DTZ, international property and investment adviser, has appointed former Jones Lang LaSalle UK director, Guy Lambert, as Director and Head of Agency in Ukraine. His remit will be further consolidate DTZ’s position as the leading commercial real estate agent in Ukraine heading and expanding the existing team of 20 agents covering office, retail, industrial/logistics, residential and, land agency departments.
 
Guy has 20 years’ experience in the property industry, much of it as a national director at Jones Lang LaSalle in the UK where he headed the national office leasing team based in London. He specialized in advising clients on large scale office development and particularly business parks where he was involved in flagship schemes such as Stockley and Chiswick Parks. Guy was then recruited as sales director for serviced and managed office provider, Stonemartin plc, before moving to become sales and marketing director at the niche residential development company, Broadway Heritage plc.
