International Law Firm Salans acted as legal advisor in Ukraine to ING Lease (C.R.), s.r.o., in relation to a EUR 65,7 million loan for construction of one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Ukraine, King Cross Leopolis in Lviv. King Cross Leopolis, a two-tier shopping and entertainment complex with an estimated area of 150,000 square meters, is a joint project between a Ukrainian company, Comfort-Invest, and its partner King Cross Group (Italy). The financing is structured as a cross-border construction loan and subsequent 15-year financial lease upon completion of the construction phase. The financial lease is facilitated by ING Lease Ukraine.
