In May 2008, Mr. Gregory Grushko joined ART-CAPITAL Investment Financial Company as Managing Director of the Capital Markets Division.

His primary responsibilities include development of ART-CAPITAL’s business consisting in work with portfolio investors in Ukraine and internationally, and coordination of the Company’s corporate finance transactions. Mr. Gregory Grushko will be in charge of integrating the work of the Company’s Investment Banking, Research and Brokerage.

Gregory Grushko received Master of Arts in International Relations from Georgetown University. Mr. Gregory Grushko has almost 30 years of experience in securities industry. During that time, he worked as a trader, sales trader, and a manager in charge of various divisions of capital markets in emerging markets, particularly those in Europe and Latin America. Mr. Grushko has worked at N.M. Rothschild, Banca Commerciale Italiana, Bear Stearns & Co, BBV LatInvest.

Having a top-level financial expertise in privatization and stock placement in the US and other countries, Mr. Gregory Grushko advised a wide range of companies including British Petroleum, Rhone Poulenc, Cementos Diamantos, Cementos Paz del Rio, Сemex, Nokia, Pharmacia, Telephonica of Spain, Banco Central, Repsol, Montedison.

In 1998 Mr. Grushko joined Russia-based ATON Capital as Managing Director of the Capital Markets Department, and in 2001 he became in charge of Foyil Securities New Europe.
