Natalia Selyakova is the Head of Salans Banking and Finance Group in Ukraine.  She is a very well known lawyer within the Ukrainian banking community.  Natalia has extensive experience in banking and finance work, with the in-depth knowledge of Ukrainian law and practice and of complex international finance transactions and instruments.  She played the role of a lead counsel in numerous transactions such as syndicated finance, project finance, trade finance, M&A finance and settlements, underwriting, mortgage bonds and financial leasing.

Natalia graduated from the International Economics & Law faculty of Kyiv Economic University (1990-1995), the law faculty of Kyiv Shevchenko University (1995-2000) and the University of London (LLM, 2006).  She is a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian and is fluent in English.
