Almaty one of the biggest cities in Kazakhstan will become the 19th destination of "AeroSvit – Ukrainian Airlines" where electronic ticket (e-ticket) is implemented. Earlier in the beginning of March electronic tickets became available for Kyiv-Saloniki, in the end of February – for Kyiv-Moscow flights of AeroSvit.
"AeroSvit" was the first air carrier from CIS countries to introduce e-ticketing on its flights in August 2005. Since then Airline expanded the implementation of such an up-to-date technology. Currently it covers over 70% of regular "AeroSvit" route network. Thus electronic ticket will be available for AeroSvit passengers of all scheduled flights by the end of May 2008.
Today the leadership of e-tickets share in total sales volumes of "AeroSvit" belongs to USA (over 95%) and Sweden (over 90%). Next position in popularity of e-tickets among AeroSvit destination points is occupied by Greece, Canada, Turkey, Thailand, Cyprus and Germany (80-90%).

Currently electronic tickets for “AeroSvit” flights are available almost in 40 countries, including Ukraine, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Israel, India, Spain, Kazakhstan, Canada, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Netherlands, New Zeeland, Norway, Poland, Portuguese, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, USA, Thailand, Turkey, Philippines, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia, Japan, in two Special Regions of China – Hong-Kong (Syangan) and Makao (Aomyn).
Sales of electronic tickets on “AeroSvit” flights are performed:
