To examine this issue and outline general approach to solution, the EBA brought together in its office nearly 70 people including members of the European Business Association, officials, experts and media representatives.

Mr Zinkevych, newly appointed Head of the STA in Lviv oblast, stressed that investors' support is very essential and assured the participants that cooperation between the EBA and the STA will prove fruitful. The EBA Branch Board emphasised  some delays in VAT refund and Mr Zinkevych promised to solve the problem. He also mentioned that companies should pay corporate income tax in the amount of at least 1% of total income in order to get VAT reimbursed in the shortest terms.

Besides, they discussed the following issues : working out a new project strategy, preparing the «Record Harvest» next publication and follow-ups of the   the ECPA Anti-Counterfeit Project Team (ECPA ACPT) meeting, held in Frankfurt, Germany.

Mrs Baranova noted that broadcast, the Internet and bill-boards are the most effective advertisement tools attracting a greater number of passengers. 

According to Mrs Baranova, advertisement campaigns should always introduce some new products. The participants emphasised  benefits of the loyalty programmes for VIP passengers, which encourages permanent clients and provides them with bonuses.
