Company Profile (should be filled in English only) – is the core information of the EBA Membership Directory. It is a basis of an unique database about all EBA member companies.
Each EBA member has a benefit of complimentary full information page (A4 format) in the Directory. In 2008 the procedure of completion of the Company Profile was considerably simplified. Preliminary all Company Profiles have already been filled in according to the information confirmed for the “EBA Membership Directory – 2007” (previous edition) or according to the data, received during the joining procedure for new EBA member companies, who became EBA member in 2008.
To make sure that your information is accurate and up-to-date we kindly ask you to take some steps:
Select your company, please, in the drop down menu (see below).
Look through the information about your company and update it, if it is necessary.
Press the button SEND/PRINT FORM verify the final version of the Company Profile, print it and send to the EBA office via fax: (+38 044 496 06 02).
Please, be informed that the updated content of your Company Profile will not be admitted without the faxed copy with the signature and the stamp to the EBA office (+38 044 496 06 02).
NOTA BENE!
Each EBA member company should fill in the on-line Company Profile by November 1, 2008. Any changes of names and/or contact details happened after November 1, 2008 may not be reflected in the Directory.
You also have an opportunity to place one logo of your company next to the company name (2X3 cm format) in the EBA Membership Directory. Please, send us logo in any of the below mentioned formats:

EBA Franchising WG Round Table
was held at the EBA office in Kyiv. The Round table gathered together the key specialists in franchising from business sector and state authorities. The participants discussed the Draft Law on State Registration of Commercial Concession (franchising) Agreements to be elaborated by the State Department of Intellectual Property (hereinafter - SDIP) in collaboration with the EBA Franchising Working Group members.
EBA Health Care Committee Registration Subcommittee
On 14 August 2008 Health Care Registration Subcommittee met at the EBA Kyiv-based office to analyse and discuss the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 391 dated 30 October 2002 On Medical Drug Production Quality Systems Certification Procedure.
EBA Fuel & Energy Committee ad-hoc WG
took place at the EBA office in Kyiv. The key subject of discussion was the EBA Position paper to be elaborated by the EBA Fuel and Energy Committee members in view of the upcoming EU – Ukraine Summit to be held on 9 September 2008 in France.
