On March 10, 2017,the Government adopted the Resolution № 136 amending the rules of consumer products trading. We are glad our EBA Retail Committee’s proposal was taken into account. Namely veterinary certificates and permits were removed from the list of documents a company has to provide upon consumer’s request. In practice there is no need to point out veterinary certificatesamong the other documents verifying the quality and safety of goods, as they are not applicable for all products. In addition, the Order defines general terms of trade for companies engaged infood and nonfood products trading.
