Considering the dynamic development of the market relations, growth of different business spheres, an urgent need in recruiting people with professional and creative approach to work appeared immediately. Whereas the most valuable resource of any enterprise is personnel, the main goal of the recruiter is to find talented and ambitious employees. The profession of the recruiter is characterized by a high level of creativity, advanced communication skills and persuasion, as well as by extraordinary approaches and ideas concerning staff search.

For the last five years, we have been observing an enormous popularity growth of the recruiter job. Herewith the way of gaining such profession may differ significantly: from getting the university diploma to constant improvement, studying and getting certificates in different educational establishments. The EBA Recruitment School was founded in 2012 to prepare professionals in the sphere of recruitment. The school’s partner and provider is WORLD STAFF - an international recruitment company.
