ABOUT THE SCHOOL

The role of a Sales Manager cannot be underestimated. Every company’s sales team is critical because it drives revenues. As a sales professional, you drive the engine that powers the growth of your business. It takes skills and experience to be a leader who drives this growth. At the same time, it’s crucial to grow your business – and to grow as a leader – in a sustainable and responsible way. To run a successful business it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of global and local market. Sales professionals often have to deal with a foreign partner firms and their representatives, to talk to them both personally and by phone, to go abroad for workshops, meetings and other events that require deep knowledge of English. You can gain such knowledge by joining the School of English for Sales and Negotiations.

Having successfully finished the School, you will receive certificate of completion.

MODULE 1. SPECIFICS OF SALES IN THE EXPERIENCE ECONOMY ERA. SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL SALESPERSON

  • Shaping sales strategies in the experience economy era
  • Skills and competencies a sales leader should possess
  • Personal characteristics and behavior patterns commonly displayed by successful salespeople
  • Ways of developing certain qualities that will help you become sales leaders

MODULE 2. DETERMINING THE NEEDS AND WISHES OF YOUR CUSTOMERS

  • Drawing up Empathy Maps for your customers
  • Practice questioning techniques and active listening skills

MODULE 3. HOW TO BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

  • Analysis your customers' Travel Maps
  • Discussing your organization's contact points and ways of making them attractive in order to build lasting relationships with your customers

MODULE 4. PRESENTATIONS IN SALES

  • The right way to present your product, service, or company, depending on the amount of time you have for a presentation, be it one minute or several hours

MODULE 5. PRACTICAL TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL SALES NEGOTIATIONS

  • Negotiation styles
  • Preparation for negotiations
  • Planning of BATNA and WATNA (best and worst alternatives to a negotiated agreement)
  • Achieving win-win negotiations

MODULE 6. OBJECTION HANDLING

  • The reasons for objections and ways of preventing them
  • Drawing up of a classification of objections in sales
  • Practice of the techniques for handling each objection type

MODULE 7. STORYTELLING FOR SALES LEADERS

  • How to make up fascinating stories for your customers
  • Analysis the mandatory components of sales stories
  • Developing an own story catalog for sales leadership

MODULE 8. EFFECTIVE PHONE SALES

  • The right way to hold phone negotiations with potential customers
  • How to prepare
  • How to start and finish the negotiations properly

MODULE 9. HOW TO WRITE LETTERS FOR SUCCESSFUL SALES

  • Drawing up of the first presentation letter for your product or service
  • How to reply to customer complaints
  • How to write a thank-you letter after successful completion of cooperation, or a letter of apology if something has gone wrong

MODULE 10. BEST SALESPEOPLE BATTLE

  • Negotiation duels between real sales masters
  • Reinforcing all of the skills you have gained during training
