Business Development Manager

General requirements:

  • Academic background
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, research, business documentation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
  • Strategic and global thinking
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
  • Knowledge of German or Spanish would be an advantage
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, CRM, Database

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Analyse and monitor the market
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
  • Create new methods of business development and promotion of the Association’s services
  • Manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the Association
  • Plan approaches and pitches

Animal Health Committee Coordinator

General requirements:

  • Academic background (legal /economic would be preferential)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan, service, and supervise a variety of meetings and events
  • Strong analytical, research, business documentation and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment and government structure
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
  • Computer proficiency
  • High level of client servicing abilities, event coordination, public relations and work ethics skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
  • Being a team-player along able to work independently and take initiative

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate diversified Committee’s activities
  • Represent interest of the Committee in front of the state authorities
  • Analyze legal acts and elaborate on position papers
  • Coordinate ad-hoc working groups
  • Proactively monitor legislation etc.

EBA Health Care Committee Assistant

General requirements:

  • Academic background (master’s degree, preferably in law or economics, communications)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan, service, and supervise a variety of meetings and events
  • Strong analytical, research, business documentation and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment and government structure
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
  • Computer proficiency: ability to handle the day-to-day maintenance, update and operation of the EBA corporate website
  • Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
  • Being a team-player along able to work independently and take initiative

Key responsibilities:

  • Tracking Committee’s letters submitted to the state authorities
  • Tracking industry information and legislation in the Internet
  • Arranging meetings: timely submission of agenda, news, relative documents etc.,
  • Timely organisation of conference calls; ordering conference halls and transport
  • Assistance in communication to receive necessary feedbacks
  • Approval of letters and ensuring their signing, print, registration and duly submission to all addresses
  • Ensuring support and update of contact database
  • Creation of information projects for the Committee’s web page, articles writing, communication with mass media and other stakeholders
  • Preparation of draft letters to state authorities
  • Documentation of Committee’s meetings

Management Development Centre Assistant

General requirements:

  • Higher Education
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
  • Computer proficiency: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Photoshop, Dream Viewer
  • Good level of event coordination & organisation skills, time-management, multitasking
  • High level of punctuality, responsibility and attention to details
  • Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
  • Being a team-player and able to work independently
  • Initiativeness

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & develop EBA Management Development Centre
  • Organise and control event preparation process: open lectures, trainings, development programmes
  • Draft and coordinate correspondence
  • Organise invitations sending and registration process
  • Place information about events on the EBA web-site
  • Translate invitations and reports (Eng/Ukr)
  • Communicate with participants and partners
  • Create new graphic material and electronic publications for internal and external information sources to support and promote education projects
  • Monitor and moderate EBA Management Development Centre Facebook Page
